One method for all three CloudsThe shared method for Ube, Spirulina and Matcha Cloud, all in one place.

A narrow, tall PET 12 oz bottle, with the cap removed and an opening suitable for the spindle of a frappe mixer.

  1. Place one ice cube in the clean bottle and add very cold water until the combined weight of the ice and water reaches 100 g.
  2. Add 20 g of the finished dry TeaBox Cloud mix in your chosen flavour.
  3. Mix directly inside the bottle with a frappe mixer until creamy, approximately 30–40 seconds. One bottle yields around 300 ml of prepared Cloud: 4 servings of approximately 75 ml.
  4. Optionally sweeten 200 ml prepared tea or milk, stir until the sweetener dissolves, then add approximately 75 ml prepared Cloud on top.

The 75 ml quantity refers to prepared foam, not dry powder. The preparation bottle is not the serving glass.

Prepare and refrigerate in the same bottle. The final storage-time instruction is still awaiting technical confirmation.
